What is campus couple?

I assume that since you are in the Financial Aid section, that 'campus people' means financial aid officers. I go to Transylvania University, a private liberal arts college. I have found my financial aid office to be full of extremely helpful people who know exactly how to help you meet your financial needs. I dealt with financial aid at all the schools to which I applied, and I think that this is pretty much the same for most colleges and universities.
