Registry editing: hkey_current_user?

How can I make changes to this registry for a particular user that is not an administrator? Do I need to add them to the local admin group to make changes?

    better use administrator to edit ragistry . but hey hey it very danger if you don't understant how to use this ,please do backup registry juz go to file => export =>and save

    you need to only edit current_user

    it will apply to both admin and user
