The best buffets in Las Vegas?
I have several in mind: Paris, Rio, Mandalay Bay, Caesars, Bellagio, Aladdin...
Your input, ideas, anybody?

The Bellagio brunch, lunch, and dinner buffets are fabulous!! Fulfill your cravings with premium selections such as grill specialties, seafood, pasta, refreshing salads, international cuisine and more. The Buffet at Bellagio offers you the finest cuisine, hand-picked from a myriad of exotic places. Revel in a variety of sumptuous selections from Italy, China and Japan, as well as fresh seafood and traditional American delights. Satisfy your discerning taste with custom cuisine … live-action cooking stations assure that your meal is made-to-order.
Try it at least for one meal. A little pricer than other buffets in Vegas, but it so much fun. Don't eat for a bit before you go because there is everything to eat there. And it's clean and nice. So much fun. A food paradise.

Rio sucks. Stay away lol. I've heard the one at the flamingo is the best. I'm not a big buffet person though. I've been to a few, but Rio was the most overpriced piece of crap place.

The Rio World Carnival buffet thing yea is pretty crappy for the price... HOWEVER... they do have an all seafood buffet that is $34 but is so worth it if you love seafood... which i obviously do... All kinds of seafood even sushi... yes please!
Oh! and brunch at the Orleans is pretty good as well... mmm this is making me hungry :)

The Planet Hollywood (formerly the Aladdin) has a terrific buffet complete with sushi! One of my favorites if not a little more expensive.

Wynn, Bellagio, Rio seafood, Mirage and Venetian are the best but are $30.00 or more.

Bellagio.
Also good are Rio (seafood) and Wynn. All are much better than they used to be, and although they're pricier too, they are usually worth it.
