Is creatine effective in building lean muscle mass?
I'm currently on a high-protein, low carb/sugar diet -- Eating around 140 grams of protein a day. I'm in good shape with a decent build - mainly looking to get a little more ripped/defined. Would Creating be a helpful supplement? I'm not necessarily looking to get bigger.. just more ripped look.

Creatine is a cell volumizer if you look bulky now you will look even more bulkier after. It makes you retain water so, if you are looking for that hard ripped look I wouldn't look at creatine. If you are looking to gain mass and then tone down I would use creatine then some caffeine and toning, Low weight high reps along with some cardio. Keep you rep range 10-15

creatine is a temporary cell volumizer. It will make you look bigger in a puffy kind of way, but since the muscle is bigger even though it is just water, it should be a bit stronger.
I used it years ago and thought it worked, but it didnt impress me enough to ever bother with it again.
The only real thing that works great is testosterone. I have found nothing bad abgout it like all of the news say. I have used Androgel for awhile now with fantastic results. stronger,bigger, just better. It is transdermal and prescription.
