Amenorrhea is the condition of not having a period. Often this is caused by being underweight or having other health issues. And actually, yes, the woman MAY still release an egg (ovulation) so there is a chance that she could become pregnant, though it's not likely.

The answer to your first question is "post-menopausal". The answer to your second question is generally no, but nowadays, medical interventions (fertility treatments) have become available that enable some post-menopausal women to become pregnant.

She might be called "barren" or "infertile."
A woman who doesn't get her period might also be post-menopausal, which means she used to get her period, but she's gone through menopause.

i never heard of a woman you didnt have their period.. but they wouldnt be able to have a baby.
