Goods are physical things that you can buy. Some examples are cars, food, electronics, clothing, books, CDs, etc.
Services are things where you pay someone to do something for you. Some examples are waiter/waitress (service is taking your order, bringing your food to you, cleaning up after, etc), barber or hairstylist (service is hair-cutting or hair-styling), ISP (service is access to the internet), mechanic (service is repair), lawyer (service is legal expertise), etc.

You buy chocolates, books, cameras, bread, furniture and clothes. These are goods. The barber provides with a nice haircut for a fee. This is service. The marriage license you take is a service. The marriage officiant provides you a service. So does a hospital; or a dentist or a threater. When you buy a mobile phone with camera inside, you buy a good and when you pay the bill for making and receiving telephone calls you pay for using a service from a telephone services company. When you buy a piano you buy a good and when a pianist expert teaches you how to play on the piano, you pay yjis teacher for his/ her service.
