yes make sure you grab one with natural ingredients. They add shine to your hair and makes it stronger and longer faster.

They're a gimic.
I'm hairdresser and I personally have tried everything out there vitamin wise for my hair. It just helps you nails be stronger and your hair stronger, it doesn't make it grow faster. The only thing that will make hair grow is time.
