In terms of food, you are best off going to one of the stands just outside Fenway. The sausages are great, and Jerry Remy has been known to hang around. In terms of a quick bite, the D'Angelo's.

Take the tour of the park. It cost like 5 dollars and you can sign up at the gift shop across the street before the game. You get to learn all about Fenway's and the Sox's history. I highly recommend it. I also suggest just going to the park a few hours early and just walking around it to get a feel for it.
