You may just have a bad flasher. They are inexpensive and easy to replace. They are usually located on the fuse block on the drivers side under the dashboard. Just unplug the old one and plug in the new one. There are usually 2 of them. One runs the turn signals and the other runs the emergency flashers. If you want, you can switch them to see if that's what the problem is. Hope this helps and good luck
