Hey, I'm a 13 year old boy (turning 14 in June), and I'm about 120 pounds....?

I'm pretty muscular but just have a little bit of a belly and I'm working for a six pack so i just wanted a litlle advice

    i think you should wait a lil bit because your body hasn't fully grown yet, and if you start working out now you won't grow a lot. you should try the basics, just to stay in shape ex: running, crunches, sit ups and push up, dont do a lot or you will pull a muscle, make sure you warm up first

    Eat healthy foods and workout every other day, sounds like you are ok, but I dont know how tall you are
