Okay, depending on what you've saved them as..a gif., bmp, jpg, etc. I'll try to help ya...
Go to your start button, click find/search....
put in what's the the quotations: " *.jpg ", after that searches you should be able to see some of the pictures filenames if you've named them that. If you can see the path of the directory, then you've found them. If it's too small to see, easiest way is to right click, hit properties, then you'll see where they are at. If you don't find any that way try searching for " *.bmp ", or " *.gif " If you used your camera to transfer them, chances are they are in the jpg format. If they aren't you'll have to figure out what file extension they are in. If you don't know, transfer one from your camera and see what format it's in. It'll be filename.gif, use that 'gif' or whatever yours says to find it the same way using the steps above...hope that helps--Melissa

Long story short, are you using Vista? That's why. If you can come across a Windows XP installation CD, you can boot from it when you start your computer. Ask someone how to do it, as I forgot. I had to do that (mind you, I lost EVERYTHING) because Vista was freezing up a lot. I'm back to XP now. If that's not the case, give me a thumbs- down and disregard this answer.
