I'm travelling tomorrow; how can i calm down and sleep?

I'm leaving the country for a long time tomorrow, alone. I can't relax or get any rest. Any suggestions?

    Take deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth. Breathe into your stomach instead of your chest. This will actually lower your rate of breathing and allow you to relax. Good luck!

    Hey Donna get tensed. Don't think negatively nor don't worry. Think on the other Side. I mean New people.New Life,New Innovations. new Love New Side of your life. Think that u r lucky because everyone does not go out of the country. So Be Cool. If u want to sleep sleep using a pill because YOU need Good sleep. See all the heights and Lives. If possible Wave your hands so that we people can c u. If POSSIBLE

    Lay in bed, on your back, and one by one tighten every muscle in your body. Start with your toes and tighten, hold and release each muscle all the way up to your face. This always helps me relax! When your done get comfy close your eyes and start counting, but try to envision each number in your minds eye. It stops you from thinking about things. Works everytime I'm stressed and need to sleep.

    Calm down it's all right.

    Everything will be great just remember to have an alarm clock on, your bagages and everything packed, personal belongings packed, Flight ticket/ticket with you, and everything you need just at the door.

    It is kind of exciting and stressful but just

    calm down..

    if you're over 21 drink a shot of hard liquor or drink a couple of bottles of beer. DO NOT leave the house or go driving. in about an hour, you should be relaxed and ready to sleep

    take a picture of your family and take it with you and just say to your self that you are brave and you can get through the ride and to sleep well i always look at a clock and waint till it says 22:22 then about 15 minutes later im fast asleep

    your too anxious you wont be able to sleep. Try to watch a movie with the volume dwn low drink sum warm milk and just get sum rest

    Try dabbing a little lavender oil on your temples and at the end of your nose, it helps to relax you!

    wow i can def see not sleeping before that....you body probably has to much excitement/nervousness...take nyquil or something if you have like 8 hours to sleep...if not just watch a movie and see if you could doze off

    Please take some yogurt, put some sugar in it and then grind for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink it .... you will become lazy and fell asleep.

    Take bath before drinking at least 300ml.
