Accurate translations require live people to make them. Machine translations are hopeless at real language because they can't handle ambiguity and context, only single words and very simple, non-idiomatic phrases.

You might get an idea of the sense of some cartoon captions with an automatic "translator," but you probably wouldn't get the joke.
