i really don't know the tech specifications..

but Safari looks far more better than Scorpio..

if money is not the problem for you then go for Safari , i bet you won't regret it.

    Used Tata Safari Dicor

It was a flop until they released the 3.0liter DiCor a couple of years ago. So if you are buying a new Safari, you are getting a pretty good deal. The previous gen engine resulted in a sluggish drive, while the Scorpio always felt more nimble and refined even with its older IDI-turbo engine.

The drives in the current Safari and Scorp are compareable, though I personally feel that the Scorp remains more nimble for in-city driving.

The Scorp is more expensive off the shelves, and might be that way for spares too. After all, Anand Mahindra does not have a TCS or TISCO to finance his business forays and vacations. Test drive both on the same circuit before you make a decision.

let me tell u some of the many disadvantages of tata safari 1very uneconomical ex 6-6.5 km/l against scorpio 12-15 km/h 2.safety-if u search papers and net u will be surprised to know that one of the most accident prone car in india is the safari due to its dynamics and its weight which is even more than the mighty hummer 2! 3.maintainence cost for long has been a persistent problem in this suv 4.price if u compare the features of scorpio crde 2.6 slx and safari scorpio rules all the way 5.the only advantage safari has over scorpio is its size due to which scorpio middle seat arrangement appears to be cramped compared to safari SO IF U NEED A SUV TO CARRY BIG PEOPLE AND LARGE FAMILY SAFARI IS A BETTER BET BUT OVERALL SCORPIO BEATS SAFARI IN ALL ASPECTS BE IT LOW MAINTAINENCE,GREAT MILEAGE,SAFETY AND PRICING

NO its wrong that tata safari is flop car.

the tata safari dicor is very impressive, good looking car

and with better fuel efficiency than scorpio.

its decent off roader than scorpio.

its vxi model is very luxurios.

i suggest you that if you can increase your budget, you can

    think about FORD ENDEAVOUR.

After all everybody's vievs are diffrent, it depends on you that what do you like.

mahindra scorpio and tata safari dicor both are good cars.

you can go for anyone of them.
