At 52 years old, am I too old to learn how to play the drums? Are they hard to learn ?

Girlnamedmaria I say go for it! I am 53 yrs old (young) and rock out on the guitar and love the drums too. I believe that you would probably be pretty darn good at it! You are as young as you feel and if you are as young at heart as I am, there is no reason why you can't get good at it and have a lot of fun doing it. Who knows, you may even get in a band! I love your enthusiasm about wanting to learn.

No, you're not too old to learn to play the drums. I would reccomed that you get some lessons thouugh. Once you get the hang of playing, drums are easy. Go for it! Good luck!
