lemon juice and baking soda once daily swish it around then spit it out or brush with it after your toothpaste. It;s not the best taste but it works wonders

i would suggest seeing a dentist on that note , because i had beautiful teeth no decay no cavities nothing , used a whitner product for a week straight bleach to be exact 5 minute treatment thingy i bought at walmart and it ate about 3/4ths of my left back molar away in a weeks time , so if you see a dentist they can suggest alternatives , crest white strips i've found is a okay one but can cause a tingleing sensation and a little irritation if not folled directions exactly thanks and goodluck

try a pinch of baking soda on your tooth brush with tooth paste, next time you brush, do this every time for a few days.

Mix baking soda and peroxide together and brush
