Anyone with an honest weight loss success story?
I have been stuggling with my weight for about 3 years now, and I have always been skinny as a twig and things have changed for me. Basically I am not used to exercising and eating healthy, because I never did those things before. I would like to hear other peoples actual success stories and ways they did that, and what they did to KEEP it off.

I started the 3-Hour Diet three years ago, lost all of the weight, and have kept it off since. It is certainly worth trying. It was the only thing that worked for me. Grab a copy of the book at your local bookstore or library. The only thing in the book that I do not agree with is how it downplays the need to exercise. I exercise 2-3 hours a week (aerobic and weights). I am able to eat whatever I want to as long as I make sure that I eat every 3 hours during the day. I usually have to force myself to eat after lunch. I love not feeling hungry all of the time like I did when I tried weight watchers, Atkins, etc. Good luck!
