27 year-old man and 21 year-old woman?

Question

Is it appropriate for a 27 year-old man to ask a 21 year-old woman on a date? I am a graduate student; she is an undergraduate student. She is very cute and we have talked a few times.  I am considering asking her to go with me to a social dance.

That age difference is just fine.  You guys are in similar stages of life, for the most part.  Also, you don't have to worry about not being able to take her anywhere (which you would if she was under 21).

I've done it! I was actually more mature than the 27 year old. Bad experience. But you should ask her! If you are both on the same path in life and share things in common, then go for it! Age doesn't matter. It depends on the person. :)

i am 23 and currently dating a woman that is 29! same age difference, sex is swapped though, I am the younger one. no biggie my man.
