My brother's friends come over all the time to play football with him.There's one in particular thats always staring in my eyes, and trying to talk to me, I try to ignore him, but he says he hates it when i do that. Do you think he likes me, as in boyfriend and girlfreind.

It sounds very obvious that he does like you, but I don't this person and what their intentions are. But usually when someone stairs at you, and always tries to get your attention, then it's a good sign that they might like you. Either that or you have something in your teeth.

If you don't want to date him, the who cares if he hates that you ignore him? That is sending the right signal.
Now if you do want to be in a relationship with him, you are sending the wrong signal.

Yes. We're not too complicated. If you're not interested please tell him soon. Don't let him get his hopes up.
If you might be interested just hang around a little. You'll be able to gauge his interest pretty quickly.
