I agree with Francis G (that rhymed). There are a lot of Iraqi's putting up their hands to serve their country but so many of them are being blown up and killed. Also they had to build most of their military from scratch after Sudanm was taken out so that takes time.

Surprise surprise, war is hell and war is long. How long were we in Gernamy after the end of WW2? How long were we in Japan after WW2? Oh yeah --- we never left yet 62 years later!!! What made anyone think that Iraq was going to be any different? This is war and we need to be their until it is evident that we are no longer needed.
