well TDC means "top dead center" for the # 1 piston on the compression stroke. ( for timing or for the overhead cam setting..) not sure what I means but it maybe for the fuel injection system??!!

Turbo diesel common injection, or common rail injection, basically its a diesel with the injectors on the same rail
