What hair products to use?
I am overwhelmed when I go to the hair aisle. What is the difference between mousse, gel, spray, cream, serum, wax, etc? What to use on thick slightly wavy hair?

try paul mitchell, or head and shoulders, but if you don't have dandruff, you can still use head and shoulders, because my family does, and i don't but it makes my hair healthier and stronger, or when you go into the hair aisle, just try going one by one reading them like herbal essence has stuff for what you want and sunsilk. they have it specifically on the bottle, so you can't get TOO confused =) but with mouse and gel, you put on AFTER your hair is wet, and then dry it with it still in, spray is like hairspray, so you spray it and your hair stays in place, and cream is like leave - in conditioner, but don't put too much of ANY conditioner in because then your hair will get REALLY greasy. good luck!!

I have very frizzy hair and making it look shiny has been a constant struggle. I talked to a good friend who is a stylist and asked him what shampoos would help my hair. I also told him that I did NOT want to spend an arm and a leg on salon products! He said that Garnier Fructis is the best stuff you can get outside of salons. I used sleek & shine for awhile and it worked well! Now I use "Shine Burst" and I LOVE IT! I think my hair looks and smells better than when I was using expensive Redken products! So, if you want maximum shine, use a good shampoo, like Garnier Fructis Shine Burst and follow with the same conditioner. If you blow-dry use a serum of some kind. (Can also be found near Garnier products!)
