Is it a blown fuse in the car?
Just went to start my 2002 Buick Century and it made a click when I turned the ignition. Now nothing will work! You turn the ignition and none of the lights come on or anything. Even the keyless entry doesn't do anything. Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it?
Checked the battery, it's full of juice.
Before this happened three of the lights on the dashboard would come on randomly. They were 'service vehicle', 'trac off', and 'anti lock'. We brought it to autozone when these lights were on, and they checked and said that nothing was wrong with it. Could this be related?
This car is in like new condition under the hood. I can see no corrosion, or disconnected wiring. The Battery terminal has a good solid ground to the chassis also.

Did you get the fusible links checked? These are right by the starter. They are wires with one or gauges smaller than the rest of the wire to protect the rest of the electrical system. Other than that I would suggest that it gets towed to a mechanic. You'll screw it up seriously as most everything including the lights and other accessories are controlled by computer and all of the wiring is multiplexed.

Wow that is really weird that 2 people would have such a perplexing problem and ask about it here within a few hours.
Anyway, I'll assume that it is not the battery. When you say it made a click when you started it, what made the click? Was it the engine, or do you mean the key mechanism itself clicked?
I really think it can't be the battery because the keyless entry should still work. It requires so little energy, it could be run off of one AA battery.
I read somewhere online about the solenoid being the problem, but I'm not sure what it is for. Perhaps someone with a little more knowledge on the subject could inform below...
The only thing I can think of is somehow something got disconnected. Something deep within the bowels of the engine chamber area thing.
Good luck.
PS. Could the fact that it's Fricay the thirteenth have anything to do with this? Just a thought.
PPS. I will call AAA when I get off work. If you haven't gotten a working answer by then, I'll update this. (Although I'm not sure that I can update an answer once posted. We'll see. (Oh and I'm not really new here, I was around at the beginning and I got to around 3000 points and then I got kicked off because they said my name ('Penus') was inappropriate (what's wrong with 'em?)))
EDIT:
PPPS. It appears that I can edit my answer. Huh.

If the car operated fine the last time you used it. Then it is a possibility that it is a blown fuse. Highly unlikely, as you would have seen other little things malfunction before.
The higher chance problems are going to be the altenator having failed, and thus draining the battery.
Be very careful about jumping the car off, as you can kill the ECM (See very epensive) if it is not done to manufacture guidelines.
(I always thought this was B/S untill a car I was working on was jumped, and then caught on fire, shortly thereafter.)
Follow the procedure given in the owners manual, and you will not have any problems.
If you can get it started with a jump, have someone follow you to Autozone so you can have the altenator and battery tested.
(Autozone will do this for free)

I would check the battery, you'll find it under the back seat. Check the connections at the battery for corrosion, clean if dirty. Check ground wire on engine. If this is the battery that came in the car, it's done it's job and needs replacing.

Ita a dead battery or corroded batery cables. check the cables where they connect to the battery. If you see crusty white or green around the connections, disconnect and clean them. If that looks ok, you need a jump start so you can take it somewhere and have your battery and charging system checked out.

probably a dead battery.... call AAA (or somebody) and try to jumpstart the car....
let it run for about a half an hour (drive or just sit and idle) and then shut it off... see if it starts again...
Maybe while driving around, go to your local Autozone or Kragen or Checker or (some auto parts place) and see if they can test the battery.... Try sears, too....

it could be dear, but you might check the battery again,to be sure the terminals are clean, iam not saying that you didnt, but sometimes a person can overlook something.also it could be the solenoid on the starter.i have a olds and my solenoid is on top of my starter.check the wires on the solenoid,to make sure they are clean and tight.good luck.

Possible a blown fuse, can also be no earth , wiring detached. Check your battery, any slack terminal or wiring detached.

check the positive battery connection. what you described is a badly corroded connection that caused it to totally lose connection.
