I watched it. Problem is, I believe that organizations are given a certain amount of money from our taxes to be able to take care of this. There is someone at the top benefiting and is not the intended target. I love animals, but I don't give my money away just like that. I have to be the one administering it. In other words, I give person to person, and I have done plenty of that. The Administrators need to use the money wisely rather than depend on us poor people to let go of more of our "after tax" salary.
