conservatives have screwed up everything they have tried to do since bush has been in office, so i would say they are more likely to be the sleeper cell. bush has created more terrorists with his failed war in Iraq and has managed to make even more people hate us. Conservatives have proven that they cant protect or lead us.

I do believe there are sleeper cells but I don't think the lieberals are them, I think the lieberals are just stupid enough to help them without thinking.
