ABC Stitch therapy has several stained glass-looking cross stitch patterns:

You can change out the colors in any cross stitch pattern. What I usually do if I want to change a color is pull out the colors they have recommended for the patterns, then match them up to skeins in the color I want to change it to so I get the same tones (muted, bright, etc.) just in a different color.

That sounds like it might be a mandala. That's a regular circular geometric design.
When I searched Yahoo images, I found some sites with Mandala cross stitch patterns, the links are below in the sources.

I have just tried a search on yahoo cross stitch and country crafts magazine. There are quite a few for sale on different sites so you may be lucky and find the one you are looking for. Even try ebay.
