    No unless you consider growing peach fuzz to be a success.

    It does work, but you have to keep using it. It will help you grow new hair in, but it will NOT make the hair you have now grow faster. To keep the new hairs you just grew in, you will need to keep using the rogaine.

    (this can be an expensive process!)
