Legally it doesn't. And legal is all that matters. We need equal rights under law, not under God and church.

There's a difference there, embrace it, preach it, let them know it has nothing to do with religion, just human rights.

We have it in Canada, I say everyone should immigrate to Canada, get married, and contribute the "pink dollar" to our economy.

You may not want me to answer since I don't oppose same-sex marriage at all. I think it's hot when two people love each other and want to spend their lives together regardless of their gender. I can't fathom why these people are against gay marriage. I guess they want to save the "sanctity of marriage" with its 50% divorce rate.
