Well since you asked.

Season four was a bit of a let down with Julia gone for part of the season and the marriage falling apart and all, but all and all, I would say it had more good points than bad points.

As for Season five i will pick up where we left off. The boys have moved to Beverly Hills to do face lifts and tummy tucks for the rich and shameless. Julia and the children are in New York but it won't be long before she is ready to kill her mother and move to California to get Conner's other hand worked on. Matt and Kimber will move to California to have the baby. Matt will end up at UCLA and Kimber will leave Scientology to go back to work in porn in the land of porn, LA. This will have the boys treating an entirely new set of clients, porn stars, and lots of them. You should also see more famous clients. I figure this time they can hire more staff though Lisa should be back and if they want Rosie could be back as well. She could even invest in the clinic. I imagine Wilber will need a mother and it won't be long before Christian gets with Julia, Kimber, or somebody new.
