nope. If the person can't figure out which is best then they'll let the community decide. Or if the person is too lazy to select best answer then the answerers should still get a chance at the 10 points.

I think it is silly and point wasting. If you ask a question it costs you 5 points. If you pick a best answerer you get 3 back. Ask yourself.

No, not really because some people are rude, some give bad responses, and some are way way off.
