Recipes involving....pickles?

My uncle bought a huge jar of pickles from costco for his kids, but they arent the kind they like. So he gave them to us...There's so many pickles now! I'd feel bad if we had to throw them away, so....what are some good recipes that call for pickles(and, hopefully lots of em)? I dunno the exact name, but they're the little kind.

    put them on sandwiches, make relish with them

    fried Pickles

    * 1 egg, beaten

    * 1 cup milk

    * 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

    * 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    * 3/4 teaspoon salt

    * 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    * 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    * 1 (32 ounce) jar sliced dill pickles, drained

    * 1 quart vegetable oil for deep-frying

    DIRECTIONS

    1. In a small bowl, mix together the egg, milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining flour, salt, and pepper.

    2. Heat oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) in a deep-fryer or heavy deep skillet. Dip pickle slices into the milk mixture, then into the flour mixture. Repeat dipping.

    3. Place the pickles carefully into the hot oil. Avoid over crowding by frying in several batches. Fry until pickles float to the surface, and are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon, and drain on paper towels.

    I don't know of any recipes offhand but you can cut them up for ham, chicken, tuna, egg salads. Make you own hotdog, hamburger relish. Thats a lot of pickles, good thing because the the vinegar their stored in, pickles last forever. I've had a Cosco jar of Valasic for about 2 years and yup, their still good

    If they're the small sweet kind, you can use a blender or food processor to process them down into small bits and use in place of relish for hot dogs and in egg, tuna and potato salads. Pickles last for a long time, you don't need to use them up all at once.

    Dill Pickle Pinwheels

    6-8 servings 25-30 appetizers 10 min 10 min prep

    1/2 lb thinly sliced ham or salami or dried beef

    1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese

    4 large kosher dill pickles, whole

    Pat dill pickle dry with paper towel.

    Take 2-3 pieces of meat (depending on size of pickle), and place them on a cutting board overlapping half of each with the next. (If you're lucky, you can find the ham cut in a rectangular shape as opposed to square. In this case, you can use just one slice and it will encase the entire pickle.)

    Spread cream cheese over meat.

    (You can use more cream cheese if you like.) Wrap pickle around in blanket fashion.

    Chill for an hour or two, then slice pickle in~1/2 inch pieces and lay flat on tray.

    (If using dried beef, you can also put meat in blender and pulverize. Spread cream cheese on dried pickle then roll in pulverized beef. Again, allow to refrigerate 1-2 hours and slice as above.).

    Deep Fried Pickles....

    24 dill pickle spears, chilled

    Egg wash, recipe follows

    Breading, recipe follows

    Canola oil, for frying

    Ranch dressing, recipe follows

    Using only very cold dill pickle spears, dip pickle into egg wash and then coat with breading. Repeat until no pickles remain, and arrange dipped pickles on a sheet pan lined with waxed paper. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

    In a deep fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees F. Alternatively, heat oil in a large, heavy pot suitable for deep-frying. Carefully add chilled pickle spears, in batches, to the hot oil and fry for about 3 1/2 minutes or until golden. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve with Ranch Dressing.

    Egg Wash:

    2 cups milk

    2 eggs

    Pinch lemon pepper

    Pinch dill weed

    Pickle juice

    Breading:

    2 1/2 cups cornmeal

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup lemon pepper

    1/2 cup dill weed

    4 teaspoons paprika

    2 teaspoons garlic salt

    Pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste

    For egg wash: In a baking dish, whisk all ingredients together, except pickle juice. Add pickle juice, to taste, and whisk to combine.

    For breading: Combine all ingredients in a baking dish.

    Ranch Dressing:

    1/2 cup buttermilk

    1/2 cup sour cream

    3 tablespoons minced parsley leaves

    2 tablespoons chopped green onion

    1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

    2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    1/2 garlic clove, minced

    Mayonnaise

    In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together, except mayonnaise. Add mayonnaise, as needed, to thicken. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
