you are right... i also tried BSNL web site and found the same condition... all the government sites have no links for interaction for booking complaints... the corruption at the lowest level is visible ... however, misdeeds of the corrupt politicians are invisible...
if they open links for interaction... people will fill the site to its capacity with their complaints and the corrupt bosses would be exposed...
