An interesting question indeed! First of all you get into a relationship when you both are compatible. And its human nature that one falls for the looks first. So..compatability and looks are already in and then comes trust. Prior to a relationship... looks, compatability and trust are the order and once in a relationship.....it shifts to... trust, compatability and looks.

Trust. Your partner can be sexy and extremely compatible with you but you won't be able to sleep well without trust.

I would most definitely have to agree with "quantum2…"Especially the trust being no.1.If there is no trust then nothing else matters.
