Yes that is by Fall Out Boy. It is called Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying. It is a great song and it is off of the CD From Under The Cork Tree. This is one the top three of my Favorite Fall Out Boy songs. Pete is the one who says that part even though Patrick is the lead singer.

Yeah you got the group right. It's from Fall Out Boy. The Song is Called Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying. This part is at the very end of the song. This part is the reason why I like that particular song. Downlaod it, it's cool.
