Is this for real or is it spam??

I keep getting e-mails that say internet evidence removel services. then they say permanently delete the websites you visit and files, dose this mean anything or should i just delete them. thanks in advance for you help.

    thats spam, ignore it. download free programs to do that.

    Is Spam, you can manually remove that with no extra software needed, Internet Browser > Tools > Deleate History / Cookies

    It's spam.You can do the same thing by going to tools ,then Internet options, click on delete cookies, delete files and delete history. I also use yahoo anti-spy to clean my computer. Also Norton and other computer protections will clean your computer.

    It's SPAM

    If you have any doubt what's going on inside your computer, run a FREE scan at www.pandasoftware.com.

    Then if it finds something that it doesn't delete, check on line at some really good computer help sites, like

    www.bleepingcomputers.com

    www.geekstogo.com

    Those guys can help you step by step on removing any nasties.

    that is definately spam. You can delete temp files and more without ever being online; so there's no need for it.

    the best never advertise and are free.

    Use one of the Clean up tools to clear out cookies,other junk from your computer and prevent people from tracing your internet surfing

    Thats spam....anything you want to do ...search for it...ignore these things that come up.
