Why am I having trouble voting?

Darn! The "rating bug" is back. We had this very same glitch in the system a few weeks ago, maybe a month ago, so it's annoying to know it's back. Some people could "rate" and others could not, even if they had more than enough points, or you could "rate" sometimes but not other times you logged in.

I remember well that some days I couldn't give either "thumbs up" or "thumbs down." Other days, I could do one but not the other! It was very annoying to say the least.

Sometimes the problem "solved itself" if I logged out and then logged back in. You might try that if the problem persists

The page has likely not fully/properly loaded; therefore, any mouse-over actions and/or links won't respond properly. Try pressing F5 to force the page to reload, then try again whatever action you were wanting to do.
