3- when using on a domain server and the admin is remoting the computers and he wants to remote my PC , if he is going to login to my machine - is he going to logg me off when he login to my user using his Administrator - is he going to see my desktop when he loggs on the machine or it will just be his desktop only that he can access ?

1. Yes, if they have admin privileges on that workstation..
2. He will be logged into the Admin account with full privileges and not yours.
3. The Admin can access your Workstation while you are still logged in & He can see Everything...he's the Network Admin.

1. Theres no way someone can do that unless the administrator account has no password... or a default password which is nearlly impossible if you are under a server...
2. The administrator can unlock your PC... he can do whatever he want...
3. An administrater can connect remotelly to any computer and see your desktop... you are not logged off. He connects using his user and password... but he will see whatever you are working on...
The administrator doesnt need to restart the machine. If you check the message that appear when you lock it down it says "Only [username] or an administrator can unlock the workstation" or something like that...

1. In order for somebody else to login to the machine when locked, it has to be restarted.
2. The admin would have to restart, but would be able to access your files after logging in with thier information.
3. If they remote into your machine while logged in, they will see your desktop and files as you see them. They don't need to log you off before seeing your desktop if you are logged in.

The System Admin. can log on to any machine at any time. Of course he would have to use his user name and password.
His desktop will be different then yours - however that does not prevent him from viewing all users if he so desires - the profiles are there and he has all access.
Behave yourself and you have nothing to worry about. :)

Your computer is part of a group, the system people that manages the group have access to all computers in the group! You cannot change that! Only if you were given the same level as the system administrators!
They have to really like you and you have to be extremely good for that to happen!
