Mothers Please..would you use this product?? or do you know of a similar product?

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PATENTING AND PRODUCING AN APRON FOR BABYS BATH TIME. THE APRON DETACHES FROM THE PARENT INTO A BABY TOWEL. THE IDEA IS MAKING BATH TIME NEATER AND EASIER WHEN THE PARENT IS BATHING BABY ALONE! AFTER BATH BABY FACES OUTWARD AND THE TERRY CLOTH APRON HAD A HEAD FLAP AND WRAPS AROUND BABY. WOULD YOU USE THIS PRODUCT? DO YOU FEEL THERE IS A MARKET FOR THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT? WHAT WOULD YOU NAME IT?

well it seems like something most moms wouldnt use.. so you should consider marketing it to grandma's... as they buy things that are more lavish for caring for babies at their house..

sounds too cumbersome. plus how would I wear the apron? Strings? That would be a choking hazard for the baby... In fact I dont think i'll use the hooded ones anymore either. Just easier to grab a regular towel. Most moms dont have time for excess.... but maybe some newbie moms will try it.

    Good luck!

sounds like a good idea, but I won't pay for it. I just put a towel over my shoulder when bathing the baby. It's easy to just pick the baby up, right into the towel, and just wrap. Also, it maybe too hot during summer to do it, I'd just put the towel on the side then.

Honestly no I wouldn't use this product.....I am pregnant with child #5 so I have lots of experience in bathing babies and children..it's just easier for me to have the towel right within reach and wrap up the baby immediately after taking him/her out of the water. So no i wouldn't waste my money..sorry!

it sounds neat but alittle confusing to me. I don't think that I would use it but some might. Cause if you give your child a bath before you go to work some might. I think it is easy to just place a towel by you and grad it when ready to get out of the tub. Nice idea but not something neccessary to have.

I would not just because I now use only the basics..I even use regular towels instead of baby hooded towels..to much extra to keep up with but it may sell because people are always looking for things for showers...Good Luck!

Sounds like a good deal, but honestly I wouldn't use it, it would proably get wet while I was washing the baby which would defeat the purpose of giving the baby a dry towel. But good luck to you.

I will totally use something like that as long as it is easy to detach from your body with one hand, soft material that does not harm baby's soft skin and accesible price. Good luck! A good name for it might be aptowel!

I wouldn't buy. I wouldn't use it if I was given it. I'm not into a lot of baby "stuff." It makes life complicated.
