I have never heard of a chat room exactly like that, but I would go into a chat room and when people start IM or you IM them tell them you would like a clean chat and if things get too personal for you just tell them that you don't feel comfortable talking about your personal info quite yet. Most people will respect you, but there are always a few bad ones in the bunch. Best of luck!
