itunes updating help?
im trying to update my ipod (nano) but when i plug in my ipod to the computer my ipod wont appear on itunes, thus cannot update. how can i fix this problem with out having my playlists deleted?!

Do you have itunes 7.1.1 if not download and and see if that helps. Itunes 7.1.1 updates your ipod. Go to this site http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/ and it will give you about 4 different steps to try. They do work. You might have to restore your ipod if so make sure you have all ur songs backed up.
