Why can't I download video podcasts on iTunes?

hi htrenh! i think i can help u, especially since i have my own video podcast! the key is to subscribe to the video podcast - once u do, the first episode should start downloading automatically! give this a try:

1. open itunes

2. click on this link to my itunes podcast page: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/...

3. click the subscribe button

4. you should see a "Download" item in the list on the left-side of the itunes window and one episode should be downloading. if not, u can click the "Get" button to the right of the podcast title in ur itunes library, or on the podcast's itunes page.

if this doesn't work, here are some things to try:

1. check the podcasts preferences:

- open itunes

- click the "Edit" menu then click "Preferences"

- click the "Podcasts" tab and make sure the "When new episodes are available" option is set to "Download most recent one"

2. make sure you have the latest itunes version installed (v7.1.1) - if not u should uninstall itunes, download and install the new version: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
