I am not sure exactly what proof you want .
There are two types of regression. The first is regression in this life. It is often referred to as forensic regression You can ask any long time police officer in your area if information obtained under hypnosis is admissible in your courts.
The other is past life regression. I had another hypnotist help me and I have done several regressions where later I was able to document by Public records what I experienced
( That is more than a little frightening. )
