A pirate ninja is a pirate who is a ninja. He was interspecies bred into a Pirate ninja because the pedigree was a pirate. That's why pirate comes first. A Ninja pirate is different because ninjas flip out and kill people and since he is interspecies AND a pedigree ninja (who hates pirates) he would kill himself immediately after birth. A pedigree pirate would be a Pirate ninja and would be too drunk at birth to kill himself and later reasons with the fact that he is also a ninja and uses these powers to his advantage by making his huge ship invisible or covered in a ghostly mist while out on the sea. I think Ninja Pirate.

My way is picturing the ninja, then the pirate, and then put them together. A Ninja Pirate would be a warrior savage, instead of just a savage (the pirate).

Pirate Ninja because if you say it in that order people stop paying attention after the pirate part and they don't hear the "ninja" part, so it's still secret and therefore more ninja-ly.
