Where can I buy american food / groceries in shenzhen, china?

There is a resort called Palm Island that has a Western Market and Bakery, and I want to know if there is a similar store in Shenzhen and/or who the distributor is for this. Please let me know asap. Thanks!

I have been to Walmart, their selection is not what I am looking for, and it is tailored to Chinese not Western taste.

I live there part time - and am familiar with McDonalds, KFC, Walmart - I am looking for a specific type of store that carries Western Foods, like meats, breads, frozen foods, chips, soups, the stuff we buy here in the US - I know there are but cannot remember where. Please answer ONLY if you know this information. I appreciate suggestions, but need the precise information. Thanks!

Update 3:

I am highly allergic to many of the ingredients in Chinese Food and have been in the hospital - as a result, since I come here several times a year, I must eat what my body can handle. I love Chinese Food, however, it does not love me. Thus the reason for finding alternatives. Thanks for all the help!

    For cheese, western foods, Meat, bread, etc go to Jusco, located in the basement of City Plaza on Shennan Rd

    Henry J Beans - Tasty western food served in a comfortable environment, quite expensive though. The ribs are great. About US$ 25 for dinner and a beer. Located in The Shangri-La Hotel, Louhu

    McCawley's Irish Pub & Restaurant - A friendly Irish bar serving the best western food in Shenzhen. It's hard to find really good western food here but McCawley's do a great job. The Beef and Guinness Pie is highly recommended. It's located at Shop 118, Sea World Complex, Shekou. Just off Taizi Road and opposite the Bank of China.

    The best place for a real grocery experience in Shenzhen is in the MixC mall. There is an Ole' grocery store on the first floor there that actually has a bakery, deli, etc......you aren't going to be able to find everything, but it's a good start. Much better than Walmart.

    There are several Wal*Mart stores that sell American/western groceries/food items in Shenzhen.

    I've seen Mac n Cheese at a convenience store in Chaoyang District, where embassies are in Beijing, so don't listen to "Cultural Insight". You should try going to districts where consulates gang up and find a convenience store with an English name.

    There are really nice western restaurants that are much better and cheaper then the ones here in SYdney. Why don't you like chinese food?

    I WOULD PREFER TO EAT PAK-INDIAN FOOD THAT IS SIMPLE AND WON'T MAKE YOU SICK
