I have received the Sacraments. I was baptized as an infant and my parents and godparents pledged to raise me as a Christian. I was raised in the Church, studied and was confirmed. I confess my sins. I receive the Eucharist. I strive to live a Christian life in which I glorify God, pray and try to love and serve my neighbors. At the end of my life I hope to confess and to receive the Last Rights.
