What does "pars" mean in retail?

If someone was talking about a manager of a cafe, and they said one of their jobs was to oversee pars and ordering, what do they mean? What do they mean by "pars"?

It means you can buy into the "rack"-et. It's a complete criminal conspiracy conspired by Macy's. You think you can buy Mrs. Nordstrom's undergarments when you go there, but instead you are made to drink warm buttermilk while being forced to listen to old 78 rpm Lawrence Welk records at 33 1/3 rpm on a hand cranked Victrola.

"Pars" is an old golfing term, wherein "par" , from the latin root word "parsus", meaning GET IN THE ******' HOLE!, something you will often hear on the PGA tour, especially when Tiger Woods is playing. Hope this helped!
