You haven't mentioned the brand of watch, or the company that makes the movement. What is written on the back of the watch? How many millimeters in diameter is the watch case? Is it a wrist watch? Does it display the date too?
Watch collectors AND sellers always go to this man for results. He has contacts from Australia, Japan, Europe, the USA. He speaks English very well:

Ebay or your local auction house - look in the Yellow Pages.
if it really is very special watch, contact one othe big auction houses in London (Sotheby's, Christies, Bonhams)
Auction houses often hold valuation days when you can take along your items to see if they are worth selling

you do not seek for the answer to this question, for you understand the respond, all too nicely. ~~~~~ "each and every thing that glitters isn't gold and each thing this is fit for human intake isn't food." ~~~~~ One would desire to copy on significant innovations at the same time with those! The 'human senses' are often deceiving, is it not so? Peace be constantly with you. in sha'Allah al-hamdu lillah Salaams,
