Would your consider cheesecake healthier than birthday cake?
I am on a diet and my birthdays coming up, I am deciding which to have, cheesecake, or regular birthday cake. For some reason I have the idea that cheesecake might be healthier, am I right?

To everyone who said "no" to the cheesecake, that's not quite true. Home-baked cheesecake can be made "light" by using low-fat or non-fat cream cheese and artificial sweetener. Top it with fresh fruit.

CHEESECAKE, CHEESECAKE AND MORE CHEESECAKE. WHY? Because cake made from flour is completely indigestable. The more whole fats and non-flour foods you eat the healthier you'll become. I used to eat a whole 13" cheesecake everyday for two weeks and never gained an extra pound. Yet if you stuff indigestable substances into your body your body won't know what to do with it and will pack it somewhere until it tries to figure it out. [and it never will] The result is that you bulk up or become obese. The body wants whole fats not reduced fats. When you eat reduced fat anything you will over eat because the body does not get what it needs and forces us to eat more to try to get the "real thing". Diet anything reduced anything are all wrong directions.

no. cheesecake is made of cream cheese. which is HIGH in calories. probably more so than regular cake. either way they both have lots of calories. But if its just one day. its ok to eat what you want. it wont make you gain weight. but neither is healthy period.

Cheesecake!!! With any and all toppings. Even though at our Twilight bookclub the refreshments were chocolate cake, cheescake, and fresh berries,(themed for the darkness, the great, and the blood) it tasted exceptional all collectively.
