Hey- if you sent it in a flat rate Global Priority rate envelope it would cost just over five dollars and it would get to Canada in 4-6 days, maybe less depending on what time of day you stick it in the mail. If it's over a pound, make sure to fill out the small green customs form and be detailed about your contents. Make sure to declare a full value on the green half of the customs form. Otherwise, you can purchase a padded envelop which would run you less than a dollar and then just send your t-**** "airmail" rate which is the next fastest besides Global Priority. And the cost depends on the weight. So I'm guessing that your package will weigh around 4-5 ounces so it would be a couple of dollars to send it that way. That service will for sure take a week. Hope this helps.

Depends on the weight of the shirt. You can send it parcel post or surface mail which is the cheapest fare. You can send it airmail, which is more expensive or sending it priority or overnight mail which is the most expensive. You'll have to put a declaration form on that specifying what the article is and what it's approximate value is. I'd suggest putting gift on it so that your recipient doesn't get hit with the duty on it.
I mail almost everything in puffy envelopes now rather than boxes. Cheaper as well, less weight.
Hope that helps.
