Can you hire mobile phones (cell phones) at LA airport. Can you use these phones in Canada and Ameria?

    Phones are available at almost all U.S. airports. Theoretically they can be used throughout North America. However, you may be "roaming" (paying extra fees) outside the immediate local area. Check with the plan to see what area is covered.
